  11. Last night, after playing Descent using the modem (at 28.8, smooth, no 
  12. probs)  I went to sent my friend a file, but the modem wouldnt respond.  
  13. It was screwed ad 155200 bps DTE, but worked at 57600.  Now it's shot at 
  14. 57600 today, and I'm running it off com1.  This shows that 
  15. com2 is busted
  16. com1 is ok
  17. the modem is ok.

  19. Why would my UMC vlb contorller card die like that?  Just poof, she no 
  20. work.  Anyone else have this happen?
